Bravus’s new book — out now in Finland
(English edition forthcoming)
THE END OF DENIAL
The End of Denial is a psychologically precise work of non-fiction told with the intensity of a thriller.
It explores emotional avoidance, abuse, survival silence, and the transformative power of truth and love.
Through the story of Laura, a woman who slowly realizes she is living inside a conditioned, abusive reality, the book reveals the step-by-step psychological chain of how denial forms, how it holds, and how it ultimately breaks.
It exposes how people learn to fear conflict, suppress emotions, and idealize independence to the point of isolation – mistaking silence for strength.
It shows how avoidance and abuse travel through families, relationships, workplaces, and even entire social systems.
When Laura finally breaks her silence, the reactions mirror what countless people experience: disbelief, distancing, judgment, and the quiet cruelty of those unwilling to face their own reflection.
This is not a victim narrative.
It is a wake-up call – and a path toward emotional clarity and health, embodied boundaries, and a life grounded in truth.
And ultimately, toward real, healthy love.
With scientific precision, the book maps the emotional body, clarifies the difference between avoidance and narcissism – and why they can appear identical from the outside – and dismantles the myths that keep people compliant.
It offers language to what millions live and feel, but cannot yet articulate.
A companion for anyone who has ever sensed something was wrong – long before they had the words to say it.
Bravus writes with striking accuracy because she has lived every layer of the psychology she explores.
While developing The End of Denial, she trained in street fighting and MMA to understand fear and stress responses from within the body, and worked closely with a leading psychologist to ensure the work is both emotionally authentic and scientifically grounded.
Her mission is clear:
To turn silence into language.
To turn denial into awareness.
To turn truth into something beautiful, useful – and impossible to ignore.

Said about my works
For some reason I haven't finished books. This wasn't the case with this one. Feels like the book came alive, when for a long time books have been just words.
All your puzzling about things from different angles is a great way to spend time. All the best!
